How to request deletion
To request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated business data, please send an email from your registered address to:

What will be removed?
Profile & Identity
Your personal details, contact information, and workspace authentication credentials will be permanently wiped from our authentication servers.
Business Intelligence
All transaction history, inventory logs, sales reports, and customer databases associated with your workspace will be purged.
Timeline & Finality
Processing Window
Deletion requests are verified and executed within 3–5 working days to comply with our internal security protocols and data auditing.
Permanent Action
Once deletion is confirmed, data recovery is impossible. Please ensure you have exported any necessary tax reports or invoices before requesting deletion.
